This 3-hour session explores the importance of complete breathing in daily life and in spiritual practice. We will learn, experience and train very simple yet effective breathing inquiries that allow your body to rediscover the natural intelligence of our breath and develop breathing awareness.

Through simple movements of Yantra Yoga, a sytem that combines breath awareness with mindful movement to harmonize body, energy and mind, we will connect with the ever-present resource of the breath, a practice preserved by Tibetan yogis since the 8th century.

Finally, introducing aflavour of Pranayamas (the regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercises) by applying the famous «Nine Purifiation Breathings» practice, in which we will focus on our perception on all three levels of Body, Energy and Mind to discover why this practice precedes most of the formal sitting practices.
